BOOK YOUR JULY WORKSHOP

The "Expand Into Spring" Workshop was fabulous. The energy in the room was magnifying.

The next workshop will take place on 

 

Saturday 28 July 2018 

at Boley Park Community Hall, Ryknild Street, Lichfield.

The workshop will run from 10.30am - 12.45pm. 

 

Investment: £20.00

payable on or before 20 July 2018

 

If you have never attended a yoga workshop before, you are in for a treat. A workshop enables you to deepen your practice, ask questions, receive more alignment cues and gather more information to compliment your regular practice. 

 

We will take the time to break down the poses, feeling and observing how our bodies move and adapt and have some FUN too!

 

The workshops will include pranayama (breathwork) practices, meditation, asanas (postures) and will end with a yoga nidra. As always new and exciting aspects of yoga will be incorporated as my personal practice and studies deepen.

 

The  workshop theme will be

"SHINE THROUGH SUMMER"

 

PRE-BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THAT THE WORKSHOP GOES AHEAD.

As most of you may know, I will always be a student in yoga.

This year my training through yoga therapy continues and as I embark upon my path towards full international accreditation, I promise to bring new and exciting things into all of my classes.

This year there will be one day breaks from some Sunday classes, please check the dates below and I will continue to update you in classes, on this site and via Facebook and Instagram.

Each class forms part of a 6 week course that aims to provide you with invaluable tools to strengthen your ability to cope with life's demands, improve your outlook on life, your health, your self-esteem and restore you to your natural peaceful state.

 

Each week we will explore a nurturing practice, which will include breath work, meditation and asana (yoga postures).

YOGA NIDRA CLASS.....EVERY THURSDAY

YOGA AND YOGA NIDRA

EACH THURSDAY    -  7.15pm - 8.15pm

I am pleased to welcome back this extra special Yoga and Yoga Nidra class.

The class will cover 30 mins of gentle flow yoga followed by 30 mins of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a deep meditative relaxation. In which the mind and body find stillness and peace. Yoga Nidra is a wonderful practice to focus the mind, calm the nervous system and alleviate stress and anxiety. A 30 minute practice is equivalent to 5-6 hours natural sleep.
