SEATED YOGA FOR SENIORS & PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED

I AM VERY EXCITED TO BRING A MUCH LOVED CLASS INTO THE COMMUNITY.
Seated Yoga is accessible to everyone and is a gentle form of yoga practice, my class will include mindfulness meditation, pranayama (breath control) and seated yoga asanas (postures). The class will leave you energised, yet calm and peaceful.
This class is perfect for seniors, the physically challenged and wheelchair users.
No prior yoga knowledge is required to attend this class.
So come along, try something new and I am pretty sure that you will soon fall in love with the fabulous benefits of yoga.
