A gentle yoga class which balances the body and mind to promote a healthy lifestyle. Learn practical skills and techniques to use in every day life, find that peace, ease and wellbeing that you are searching for.

This class is inspired by restorative and  yin yoga, poses are held to ensure a natural release of body and mind. The class also encompasses all aspects of traditional yoga, such as meditation, pranayama (breath work), yoga asanas (postures) and relaxation.

Style : GENTLE YOGA

Suitability: SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS AND THOSE THAT HAVE PRACTICED YOGA PREVIOUSLY

CANDLELIT YOGA & YOGA NIDRA - THURSDAY

This extra special class promises that you will leave refreshed,, recharged, rejuvenated, calm and at ease. It is a great introduction to yoga.

The class will include 30 minutes of gentle flow yoga, followed by 30 minutes of a deep guided relaxation. Taking you to places beyond and invoking the feeling to 3-4 hours natural undisturbed sleep.

Style : YOGA & YOGA NIDRA (Yogic Sleep)

Suitability: SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS AND ALL ABILITIES

Class Information

Everyone comes to yoga with different physical and emotional needs and expectations. I ask all new students to complete a confidential health questionnaire so I can ensure your yoga practice is safe, fulfilling and fun.

What to bring

 

  • Please bring your own mat.

  • A drink of water in a sealed container.

  • A blanket, cushion and foam/cork block if you use one

(sometimes you need to do a class or two to see what would be good for you)
